SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

As an artist I am  most appreciative of your support but understanding the importance of receiving your purchase on time and as expected  is also something I value greatly. Most items  that I provide are printed on demand , so it is important that you give your package up to  2 weeks for delivery.  You should automatically receive tracking information for your order when it is a P.O.D. item.  However, tracking information can be requested  for all items that are fulfilled in-house and shipped out directly by me . If  you wish to request your tracking number/information you can email artrxinc@gmail.com along with your name and order number and i'll be more than happy to get it to you!  Please keep in mind that I am a part-time artist and fulfill orders and email requests in the order they are received  but I will respond to all emails within 24hrs.  I appreciate you for understanding . If you believe your order is taking longer than it should be (you placed an order more than two weeks ago and it has not yet arrived) please be sure to email me so that we can resolve the issue at once.

 

For all made to order  purchases, processing  can take 3-5 days prior to shipping depending on the item or number of items in an order. Once an item is shipped it  usually takes an additional 7-10 days to receive it in the mail. For all orders available for immediate shipping  please allow 2-4 days for the packaging process. Once shipped  it can take an additional 5-10 days to receive it in the mail depending on the carrier. 

  • Shipping may be handled by UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. Most direct shipping provided for in-house items  will be shipped by UPS, unless another shipping service is requested ( EX. Fed Ex).

  • All original artwork is packaged with the top quality shipping supplies, such as bubble wrap, double layered cardboard, and ultra strong shipping tape to ensure the packages safe arrival. Please keep in mind this will affect the weight and shipping fees but it's most necessary so that you receive your artwork in pristine condition.

  • If in the unfortunate situation your package happens to get lost by postal service, or it arrives damaged, we will be happy to investigate and create a claim with the postal service.

  • Expedited and International shipping is not available at this time.

My Shipping Address was Incorrect, Help!

I can do my best to help you as long as the item has not gone out for shipment. Please email me at artrxinc@gmail.com iwith your name and order number immediately to notify. There is nothing I can do once an  item has gone out for shipment to a confirmed addressed . Please note, once your order has shipped I can not change the shipping address nor am I responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as no fault of my own.

RETURN

If your order has not been shipped, I am able to cancel your order and refund you your money. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items to me upon receiving them and can then receive a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value.

If for some reason your item arrives damaged I would be happy to send you another item at no additional cost once approved. Please email artrxinc@gmail.com within 2-3 days of receipt . You may be asked to provide additional information,
