When submitting merchandise for exchange ,item(s) must still be in resellable (unworn) condition. The customer should notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating reason within 7 days of receipt of item. Returns and exchanges will be processed upon return of the original item purchased in original packaging and successful inspection of merchandise. You will be notified by email if your item was approved for exchange before processing.

Items found on this site are either "in-stock" and ready to ship or "printed-on-demand" (P.O.D.). While most items are shipped via USPS , some may be shipped via UPS .Please allow minimum of 2-7business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays; unless otherwise noted) for your order to process, and 2-5 business days for orders to reach your door once processed. Tracking information is not usually sent automatically. However, if tracking information is desired simply submit a request including your name and order # for your tracking number/information via email email@example.com and we will be more than happy to get that to you (please keep in mind this is a manual process run by a one-woman show so your patience is appreciated). If you believe your order is taking longer than it should be (you placed an order more than two weeks ago and it has not yet arrived) please be sure to email us so that we can find out what's going on!
NOTE: ARTRX LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY THE SHIPPING SERVICES (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC….)It is the goal to have all items available as "in-stock" and ready to ship in the near future. In-Stock Items :
There are some items ready for immediate shipping, these items are noted in the Product Info tab in the item's product page. For those noted as "in-stock" please allow 24-48 hours for processing, shipping will be between 2-7 business days via USPS 1st class mail. Tracking information provided upon request.
(P.O.D.) Printed on Demand:
All P.O.D. merchandise will be noted in product description and means these Items are printed at the time of order. Please allow a minimum of 2-7 business days fulfillment time plus shipping. Total turnaround expected to be at least 2 weeks. This process is a bit longer but appreciate your patience as it is the goal to deliver one-of- kind quality merchandise! Tracking information available upon request.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be added to your order for an additonal price per item upon request. Normal delivery time is within two weeks of you ordering your item. Expedited shipping will make sure your items are received sooner. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details on expedited shipping options.
Wrong Address on Order?
In the event the wrong address was placed on an order please contact us immediately at email@example.com. There is normally a 2-7 day window before your order ships to make changes. Please note, once your order has shipped I can not change the shipping address nor am I responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as no fault of my own.
Lost / Damage:
ArtRx, LLC is not liable for lost or damaged goods during the shipping process. Please follow up with courier to further address.
