Can I cancel my order ?

The answer is yes. As long as your order has not been printed the order can be cancelled. Please contact us at artrxinc@gmail.com immediately in the event you need to cancel an order. If your item has been printed there is no way to cancel at that time. 

Do You take Custom Orders ?

Custom work is available depending on the complexity of the request and if I am accepting  custom/commision work at that time.  An update will be posted on the website when commissions are open.  Please email artrxinc@gmail.com to present request and I will follow up to discuss. 

Will I Receive Tracking Information for My Purchase?

Tracking Information is  automatically provided on all Print on Demand  products via 3rd party companies , Printful or Finerworks. However,  it is not automatically provided for  items that are shipped out directly by me but it is available upon request. Simply send email to artrxinc@gmail.com  and include the name and order number of your purchase to request .

What is a " Giclee' " Print?

Giclee' is an art term pronounced ("zhee-klay") used to describe fine art  digital prints. The prints offered on this site are provided through two 3rd party vendor  companies , Printful and Finerworks.  All prints  are  offered on art quality stretched and mounted canvas and  acid-free archival paper. The digital printer uses the highest quality color pigments for true color representation of the original work.

Do you Provide Local Pickup?

Yes! This can be arranged upon request and if the pickup area is within  the Birmingham, Al city limits. Please email artrxinc@gmail.com

My Shipping Address was Incorrect, Help!

I can do my best to help you as long as the item has not gone out for shipment. Please email me at artrxinc@gmail.com immediately to notify. There is nothing I can do once an  item has gone out for shipment to a confirmed addressed .

The item I want is out of stock, will it be back soon?

Any item fulfilled by one of the 3rd party vendors that is going to be gone for good will be removed  from the website. If something is sold out, it should be back within  a few weeks of it being sold out depending on the distributor. These items mostly include: apparel, mugs, and pillows.
