His death impacted our world & the black community in the most bittersweet way. As an artist I naturally felt compelled to express my respect and heart through art. There's been so many dope tributes from artists around the world & this is simply my voice to the conversation.

I was introduced to Nipsey Hussle awhile back via interviews & later his music. He was raw, intelligent, articulate, well read, thought provoking, innovative, & ambitious. A great inspiration for us all. So I created a piece to tell the story of Nipsey's principles and purpose. Focusing on how he started his journey to greatness by looking at himself first.
